Returns & Exchanges

Do you offer Returns?

We are pleased to offer store credit and exchange for returns only. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery or pickup for online orders. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all tags attached. Please note that undergarments, and socks are final sale and cannot be returned.


For New Vanity items purchased through other retailers, including both full-priced and secondhand items, we recommend contacting the original place of purchase as we cannot process returns or exchanges for those items.

Where is my Return?

Once your return package is on the way back to our warehouse the return process has started. When the return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 5 business days from the date your return tracking information shows Delivered. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original form of payment.

Can I exchange my Item?

For international and domestic returns and exchanges, please reach out to us at orders@new-vanity.com.



How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped we will send you a track & trace code by mail. This way you can track your order.

Keep in mind that it can take up to 48 hours before the track & trace is available. Can't track your package after 48h? Please send us an email and we will contact the shipping company.

Can you help me with a damaged item?

We do our best to ensure safe delivery, but please be aware that we are not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit. If you encounter any issues, please contact us as soon as possible at orders@new-vanity.comso we can assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier. For smooth tracking and updates, please double-check your email at checkout to receive delivery notifications.

What if my item is Faulty?

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 3 months of purchase. After 3 months from your order date, items are not considered faulty and are as a result of normal wear and tear.

If your item is faulty upon receipt, you may return it for a refund by logging into help@newvanity.com.

Orders & Tracking

Do I have to create an account?

No, you don't have to create an account. However, we strongly recommend that you create an account so that you can take advantage of the various benefits it offers. For example, you will be able to access your account easily the next time you visit us, and you will also be able to get personalized recommendations and services tailored to your needs. By creating an account with us, you will be able to make the most out of our services and save time in the future.

How do I change my account password?

If you have forgotten your password, don't worry. You can easily reset it by clicking the 'forgot password' link. Once you click the link, you will receive an email with instructions on how to create a new password. Follow the instructions to set a new password that is secure and easy to remember. Remember to keep your password safe and never share it with anyone.

Where is my order?

Orders are shipped from our facility in Los Angeles, CA. While we strive to dispatch orders within 2–3 business days, processing times may be extended due to unforeseen circumstances.

Upon successfully placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Additional notifications will be sent when your order has been shipped and upon delivery, allowing you to track its progress every step of the way.

My package is missing. Can you help?

Please contact us if you have not received your Delivered order or it has been lost in transit by the carrier and we would be happy to assist.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer standard and express shipping options to most countries. You can find more information about your specific country at checkout.

Can I change address information on my current order?

New Vanity orders begin processing as soon as submitted and typically cannot be stopped or changed. However, once your order has shipped, if you need to edit or correct any address information, we recommend reaching out directly to the shipping carrier. Please note that modifying addresses or shipping methods can significantly impact the delivery processing time(s) and may incur fees, which are paid by the customer directly to the carrier.

Payment

What payment options do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. Your card will be charged once your order has been shipped. You can also choose to pay with PayPal or Afterpay.

What is Afterpay?

Afterpay is a service that allows us to offer our customers the ability to make purchases now and pay for them in four equal payments made every 2 weeks without any interest.
